ACTIVITIES BUILDING RENTAL PROCEDURES

As a general policy the use of our Activities Building is available for non-profit groups and members in good standing of the VHC.   The majority of the events that occur in our building are fundraising activities for the Fire Company or the Auxiliary.   Please understand that our events take priority over all other requests and could require the VHC reclaiming spaces for needs of the community or organization.  Public rentals are extremely limited and often limited in availability.

Once you have received approval from one of the above, you will be required to complete the appropriate contract and provide the necessary deposit to reserve your date.
